A member asked:

Is there anything like glucosamine and condrontin that i could use for my joints that is not derivived from shell fish i'm very allergic to shellfish?

May not be helpful: My orthopoedic associates have told me that there's no real data to support the regular use of the supplements glucosamine/chondroitin. They recommend saving your money, and use Ibuprofen or naprosyn (naproxen) on an as needed basis. Otherwise, i can't help you. Good luck.
