maybe: Blood pressure and even temperature, alone have little to add to the absolute diagnosis of appendicitis, location of the pain in the rlq esp. If associated with tenderness and persistent should not be ignored. I assume if you went to the hospital you were evaluated by someone with surgical expertise, but if these thing are getting worse return for reevaluation.
