Fruits are a natural: Source of 'sugar' and thus good. Consumed in a balanced diet with healthy lifestyle of sleep and activity they add to our energy needs and bodily function. Natural sources of 'sugar' metabolize slowly, as they should. Avoid 'added sugars' which metabolize rapidly and can spike blood sugar levels and can lead to problems. Enjoy!
