yes: If you have thyroid antibodies, specifically thyroid peroxidase antibodies, you might become hypothyroid in the future even if your TSH is currently normal. I recommend keeping close eyes on your thyroid function. Get lab testing every 4-6 months or so to catch it when you are going hypothyroid. Thyroid disease can affect vision.
