My blood test says: red cells show rouleaux formation. i have an unknown neurological disorder could this mean i have an infection ?

Ignore it: I would draw no conclusion from a mention of rouleaux. Everybody's red cells do this to a greater or lesser extent. A relatively high total globulin of lowish a/g ratio would be more sensitive and specific for an underlying infectious etiology and neither would be so helpful as a proper medical workup. And occult CNS infectious are unlikely even to impact the blood proteins. Best wishes.
