Inner ear pain (very rare), dizziness, nausea & shaky. sometimes feel depressed, mind in a fog & off balance...could it be inner ear issue?

Maybe or maybe not: Best to have a specialist examine ear. Then have a general check up with blood work to see if anything else is going on. Good luck.
