yes: Mild is actually an excellent source of protein. You can check on the information portion of the milk for exact numbers, but you can cut the fat with skim/nonfat milk and just get excellent source of protein as long as you are not lactose intolerant. Other supplements include protein powders or peanut butter to add to make a healthy shake with other fruits or vegetables.
