Need to address GERD: You must control acid-it will burn mouth, tongue and esophagus and dissolve your teeth. Address the causes (high acid, hiatal hernia, apnea) with rx and nutrition guides from your pcp and see dentist to support the chemistry needed to improve acid resistance of your teeth. Avoid dietary acids, carbonation, heavy spice. Consider elevated sleep (not just pillows) and dental splint to minimize wear.

Please seek immediate evaluation by your PCP provider. Referral to a gastroenterologist would be prudent. Treating the cause is much healthier that treating the symptoms.
