scalp bleeding: The blood supply to the scalp is robust, and it can bleed briskly. Apply pressure directly to bleeding spots with patient lying down. Hold firmly for 15 minutes, ice bag at the same time. Okay to return to doc or minor er if bleeding persists. Good luck.
