After a long session longboarding (about 5 hours) the upper part of my pushing legs calf has become very sore for almost two weeks now. what do i do?

calf pain: There are many possible answers. Was it associated with a blow or injury (hematoma)? If no injury you may have an exercise induced compartment syndrome. If this is more activity than normal, it may merely be exercise induced muscle soreness. Especially if the pain is improving. At your age i think blood clot is unlikely but possible. Get immediate attention if you are also short of breath.
