Probably not.: Although the esophagus is de, onstrated on a ct of the chest, the subtle mucosal changes of esophagitis are not seen unless very severe. An upper gi, esophagram or upper endoscopy are the tests of choice.

33/m, never smoked. I feel a "cold" sensation in the middle of my throat when inhaling deeply. No cough, no fever, no cold, no chest pain. Lungs sound clear, clean cxr (front/lateral). Intermittent SOB relieved by albuterol, acid reflux. Lung cancer?
Lung function test shows normal. TB test shows negative. Endoscopie test shows no gastritis or reflux. Nasal endoscopie showed no anomaly. But I still have persistent cough at night and less frequently during the day. I would like to hear your advice?
