Had a chest ct for a persistent cough. all clear. i suspect it gould be related to acid reflux. would the chest ct show eosophigus abnormalities?

Probably not.: Although the esophagus is de, onstrated on a ct of the chest, the subtle mucosal changes of esophagitis are not seen unless very severe. An upper gi, esophagram or upper endoscopy are the tests of choice.
