Not much: I assume you mean second dose of testosterone injection? Around 200mg? If it is second dose (first one 2 wks ago?), you may not be having much in term of symptom improvement just yet. Or, you may start to notice some improvement in fatigue, increase sexual desire/erection/interest; maybe a sense of vitality. Some side effects such as headache, acne may occur. Ask your doc! good luck.
