Sent to ER for 105F fever, CT discovered fatty liver (non alcoholic), 18CM spleen, and 3CM splenic cyst. Cause of fever unknown, broke after 8 days (thought to be viral, fever decreased). Should I be concerned about the cyst? No known trauma prior.
Pain in mid right back, severe at times with waves of occasional nausea, no fever, not too sore to touch previous diagnosis of uti, finishing macrobid?
Taking macrobid for UTI still have pressure (bloating) on pelvis. Also lower back has slight dull pain. Should u take ibuprofen for the soreness? I have no they symptoms no fever no naseau.
