Visit a gynecologist: Your periods are irregular and sluggish. This is nothing serious as it takes time for them to become regular/monthly. It may be a normal variation or possibly some deficiency of female hormones. Visit your family doctor or a gynecologist. At times, birth control pills can help by providing an estrogen boost which can make the periods normal.
