Was he tested?: These intolerances determined by an allergist? If not i suggest formal testing. Each item carries with it it's own degree of risks. Each intolerance has to explained within, complete medical context of your sons medical profile so that the risks are made clear. This way he and you understand how it potentially could effect him not others. If he eats these foods, needs rescue meds on hand.

Variable: The key is tolerance. If he eats any of those foods is there an appreciable change in bahavior or otherwise and if there is, is it tolerable by him and others. Also, weigh if the battle trying to keep a child from eating those foods is worth the price of improvement/change.
