However, if she can't keep down liquids, has unremitting vomiting, has fever, symptoms evolve and worsen, or she sees blood with vomitus or diarrhea she will need medical attention soon.

Observe: If vomiting persist for a few hours an emergency room visit for an antiemetic [ anti-nausea] medication may be necessary. If the nausea subsides sips of water or gatorade will help re-hydrate her.
