UR probably right...: About the food poisoning, which should run its course if your girlfriend is otherwise a young healthy woman. However, if she can't keep down liquids, has unremitting vomiting, has fever, symptoms evolve and worsen, or she sees blood with vomitus or diarrhea she will need medical attention soon.

Observe: If vomiting persist for a few hours an emergency room visit for an antiemetic [ anti-nausea] medication may be necessary. If the nausea subsides sips of water or gatorade will help re-hydrate her.
