Possibly: You sound like at the very least you have gluten sensitivity. Have testing done for celiac antibodies as a first step.

Perhaps: There are blood test that can determine if you have celiac disease. Your doctor can order blood test to help determine whether you should undergo more testing. The more common blood tests are taken while the patient is on a non restricted diet. There are test for those who can not or will not ingest gluten.
