what is causing a pinching pain behind leg at the bend of the knee. the pain is getting worse and cause my knee to give out. i had a tkr 1 year ago?

??: You should consult your orthopedic surgeon regarding this it may not be anything significant but you should communicate it to the surgeon in the mean time try hot; cold packs and wrap the knee with plastic wrap at bed time this frequently helps.
