Lesion, blister, : Hey lesion is basically a spot on the skin with something unusual happening to it. The blisters it waterfield lesion on the skin. A blister and a vesicle are basically the same except that the size of a blister is thought to be usually larger than vesicle. Open sores are exactly that, weeping serum and sometimes crust over.
