What are the chances, that suprax (cefixime) can treate the gonorrhea (if no chlamy)? if i take (how long?) 1x 400mg is equal if i take 2x 200 mg in the same tim

Suprax (cefixime): Should be effective against gonorrhea, but it depends on locality. If your doctor prescribed it, it is probably effective against your local strain. 400mg is 400mg no matter how many pills you take, so you should be ok. Just use condom next time.

Not ideal treatment: All gonorrhea should be treated with two drugs, even if no chlamydia is present. Cefixime 400 mg usually would work by itself, but not reliably. Return to your doctor or clinic for additional treatment; or, if more than 2-3 weeks have gone by, at least be retested to know you were cured. One 400 mg pill or two 200 mg pills are the same treatment; it's the total dose that matters.
