Surgery on microfracture cuboid & cuneiform how do they do it and what should i suspect right foot?

Surgery: You should have a discussion with the surgeon proposing this treatment option. You should expect a sore foot for a week or so, then typically decrease in pain. You maybe able to use a walking boot depending on the surgeon's preference. Typically about 2-3 mos of recovery should be expected.
