It depends: It depends on which vitamins you're talking about. There may also be additives in your product that you don't tolerate well. For instance if your vitamin contains iron, you may get constipated. The form of magnesium in a vitamin -- or even too much vitamin c -- may upset your GI system. You need to look at the contents to see what you're taking.
