Lymph nodes: The pain may come from infection spreading into the lymph nodes. Also infection follows the path of least resistance.

Swollen Glands?: The infection my swell and/or glands in the area of the infection may swell in response to the infection. If the infection is in a lower teeth, your neck may hurt. Please contact you dentist.
