For Toothache: See your dentist for toothache, you may have urgent infection or abscess, inflammation, etc. For sensitivity, like cold/hot/thermal, etc. That is different... There are many potassium nitrate toothpastes out there for sensitive teeth.

Dentist: Toothpaste doesn't cure a toothache. A Dentist cures a toothache. Pain means tooth fractured or infected...toothpaste is a cleaning product, not an infection cure. Call a Dentist for help before your ache becomes a roaring abscess.

See a dentist: There are a few of potential causes for toothache (dental abscess, gum abscess or both), and usually it is not a normal symptom. However, evaluation by an oral health professional dentist for root canal is warranted. See a dentist for examination and x-rays to determine a cause for your concern. Do not delay.

None: Toothpaste is made to maintain healthy teeth. Ma toothpaste will not treat a toothache. You need to see a dentist and find out what is causing your pain. Don't wait. Waiting can make things worse.
