That's different: That is a symptom that I have not heard before. In over 25 years of being an ENT doctor no one has ever complained to me that their nipples bother them when they sneeze. The only thing that i can imagine is some type of a muscle spasm that occurs in your chest with a particularly violent sneeze leading to irritation.
