unlikely: Most probably , after breast biopsy patient has focal hemorrhage and small area of fat necrosis, as previous site of biopsy. Breast tissue predominantly fatty and does not reveal large blood vessels and ussually no hematomas after biopsy. A hematoma or haematoma, is a localized collection of blood outside the blood vessels, usually in liquid form within the tissue.
