Always R/O pregnancy: Tubal ligation is not 100 percent effective. No birth control method is. Advise getting pregnancy test ASAP.

Probably nothing.: These symptoms probably don't mean anything but I would take a home pregnancy test just to be sure you are not pregnant. I would then keep a calendar of your cycles for the next 3 months. Having an irregular cycle every now and then can occur and does not mean anything is wrong.
