See your physician!: Difficult to say what to do without actually seeing them! worms typically do not invade the skin. Sometimes small capillaries under the skin can look like worms. "ringworm" is common in the U.S. But it is actually a fungus and not a worm. Best thing is to see a dermatologist or your physician to get a dianosis.

Can't tell!: Difficult to say without actually seeing them! worms typically do not invade the skin except for some tropical varieties not found in the U.S. If you travelled to africa there is a guinea worm that can be seen in the skin. "ringworm" is common in the U.S. But it is actually a fungus and not a worm. Best thing is to see a dermatologist or your physician to get a diagnosis.
