Rash in pregnancy: I would always suggest your OB know what is going on. However, a dermatologist will be more likely able to give you a clear diagnosis. There are many rashes one can get during pregnancy, some have really nothing to do with being pregnant. Some are brought on by pregnancy. I hope this helps you for a start.

OB: Since you are pregnant, i would recommend going to your ob. However, you might still get sent to a dermatologist depending on your presentation. Rashes are not uncommon in the third trimester of pregnancy.
