No: It won't have any effect on your thyroid medicine. If you're taking thyroid replacement, make sure it's brand name replacement at the correct level. Do not take within two hours (before or after) iron, calcium or vitamins. Best taken in the am before eating or drinking anything else.

Hormone replacement: Yes, estrogen from HRT can decrease the effectiveness of your thyroid medications. Get your Thyroid levels and estrogen levels checked and see your prescribing physician about adjusting your doses
