Bacterial conjunct.: Likely you have a bacterial conjunctivitis. Most often the oral antibiotics should clear it up. Using hot towel compresses to keep the eyes clean (wipe away green discharge) should help. If this does not help in 2-3days or if vision is being affected or having pain, see you eyemd for an antibiotic drop ; it will clear it up fast.
