I have a head bump on the back of my head, is it cancerous?

Need to examine this: You need to show it to your doctor for his/her examination. Most bumps are not cancerous yet it all depends on your history and the growth rate of this bump. If it is growing in size, is painless and there has not been any trauma to cause it, then i would be concerned and get it checked out.
