How soon should i wear braces after a labial frenectomy?

Other way around: Braces first. Move teeth into optimal positions, then have frenectomy accomplished. Hold teeth in place as gum/bone heals. Please discuss this w a qualified orthodontic specialist before any rx is started.

Can do Immediately: Frenectomy can be done before, during or after braces. It is actually better to do it after the spaces have been closed with braces so that the scar tissue would help with the retention.
