Ask your dentist: That varies based upon the number of teeth, the difficulty of the extractions and your particular kind of work. Four simple extractions and a desk job is different from four badly impacted teeth and a construction worker.

It Varies Greatly: There is no real answer to that question other than when you feel up to it. Some people may return to work the very next day while some may be out a week. It depends on the amount of surgery, the difficulty of the surgery the amount and type of medications that you may be on and how your body responds to surgery. Speak with your surgeon if you have concerns in this area.

3-4 days: In some cases wisdom teeth removal is significant surgery and your body needs time to recover. Plan to rest for 3-4 days before you return to normal activity. How quickly you recover depends on how you cooperate with your body’s healing process (resting, drinking liquids, taking your medications).
