As tolerated: Recovery depends upon the difficulty of the extraction, including residual bleeding. Activity resumption depends upon how well the person is recovering. As recovery improves ease into activity.

48 hours : Usually you can resume normal activity after 48 hours. I would avoid sports activities and exercising for 5-7 days.

Depends: Depends on how healed your sockets are. Usually 3-5 days is sufficient for moderate exercise. 7-10 for more intense/longer duration exercise. The concern is to not restart the bleeding by increasing the blood pressure to the area. You must be the judge. Remember, you are not 20 anymore and don't heal like a 20 year old. Patience is a virtue. Good luck.
