Not if worse: Everyone has veins visible in their feets. They are usually light blue and may have a bit of texture to them. If you notice yours are getting purple, worse or there is skin discoloration (darkening, in particular) this may be an issue. See a vein specialist (phlebologist).

Veins on foot pop out and top of foot hurts, making it slightly difficult to walk normally. Happened overnight, with no other noticable issues.
