Scoliosis basics: Probably for your age, the answer is yes, unless you have painful and nerve symptoms related to your spine. My reply is assuming a 7 degree curve is viewed front to back (or back to front), or what it called AP/PA, or in the coronal plane. The real question is how did you come to measure this? Most "scoliotic" curves in the spine slow in progression after puberty/growth spurts, but not all.

A 7 degree curve is not a large enough curve which in and of itself without any other symptoms requires intervention but you should be monitored by an appropriately trained health care provider familiar with this condition. You should also have follow up x-rays in the future to monitor or look for any progression of the curvature.
