A member asked:

What do stitches for uterus mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Heidi Fowler answered

Specializes in Psychiatry

Not sure I: understand what you are referring to. However, dissolvable sutures are often used internally. If incision is abdominal - clips or sutures may be used externally.
