Lip cancer: Hello, malignant changes to the lip may have a number of different appearances. Ulcerated enlarged fungating lesions that have undergone a recent change, bleed easily; are most suspicious. Really any lesion that is present could be cancerous. Especially if there is a history of excessive sun exposure with sunburns, smoking, alcohol use, and family history of cancer. See your doctor for a biopsy.
