My uncle had an surgery removing lips cancer. it was a like a tiny wound on the lower lip. it was a 10 min surgery. is he going to be ok?

Difficult to say: As it depends on the type of cancer and the involvement of the cancer at the "margins" or borders of the excision. Unfortunately without more information, it's hard to say exactly what the next steps of management are. To be able to provide more information, the biopsy results will be incredibly important.
