not really: They are differences in the fluids such as viscosity but the benefits are comparable. Synvisc (hylan g-f 20) is available as a single injection white orthovisc requires 3 separate injections.

HA: This is similar to asking the difference between coke and pepsi...Very similar products made by different companies. There are some differences in molecular weight and viscosity, but the outcomes and benefits are comparable.
