need to be seen: You need to have evalaution. It can be reactive, allergy, infection, immune mediated, sarcoidosis, lymphoma, lung cancer and needs more attendtiona nd work up. Ask for referral to medical oncologist.

No lymph nodes in th: Inside the chest there is only one location for the lymph nodes and that area is in between the lungs.... It is called mediastinum. Enlarged nodes in the mediastinum are often caused by some serious illnesses. So it must be checked further by your doctor.
