Vaginal cells in it: Epithelial cells come from vagina and introitus and not from the urinary tract ; are a normal finding ; no cause for alarm. Squamous epithelial cells are a different matter ; could be from a squamous bladder growth. This would be uncommom in someone as young as you unless you born with bladder exstrophy.
