What does "with psychotic features" mean?

Mental disorder plus: Psychosis basically is referring to a host of symptoms that are seen in many psychiatric disorders. Delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech, disorganized behaviors and what are called negative symptoms ( flatness of affect, lack of energy, and slowed thinking). With psychotic features means mental disorder + 2 or more of the above present for significant portion of time in one month.
