What could ascab mean that won't go away in a nostrill ?

Scab: Usually that means that the ulcer or open wound under it is not being allowed to healed and the most common reason is constant digital trauma by picking at the scab. Use nasal saline spray to keep the wound moist and allow the scab to fall off spontaneously. If no history of trauma, need ENT to check the wound.

Do not pick at it: use saline nasal spray and some Neosporin to the nostril. If not healed in 2 weeks see an ENT for a possible biopsy.
