Not clear: If you are asking what i think., that your nose congestion alternates and improves with a nasal decongestant, then do you have a deviated septum? Not necessarily. The nasal turbinates swell in response to allergies, irritants, and infections and they usually shrink with decongestant sprays. You should see an ENT to check it out.

No: Nasal cycle is a normal phenomenom as the 2 nasal passages will open and close in an alternating fashion. The use of nasal decongestant spray for more than 3 days is not recommended as they are highly additive. It causes dependency and may lead to septal perforation.
