What are these little bumps on the inside of my bottom lip that i can't see unless i stretch my bottom lip downward?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Minor salivary gland: Minor salivary glands are present inside the lower lip and may appear as tiny bumps on the surface of the mucosal tissues when the lip is everted or pulled out and downward. Although small in size, they do help produce saliva.
