Yes and...: There may befa highe dose of Pantoprazole to take or you could try another medication in that class such as omprazole. Also consider a surgical consultation.

Yes but....: I wouldn't assume the asthma is due to the acid blocker. GERD itself is known to trigger asthma events. I would have the process re-evaluated by your doc.
