YES: Yes, it could be something as simple as gastritis which can present as stomach pain and also sometimes radiate to back or it can be something serious. I recommend that you take otc pepcid, (famotidine) avoid alcohol and keep an eye out for continuing symptoms. If no improvement in a day or two, see your physician.
