If someone has cll is it more likely that lung nodgles with scattered glasd is cancer?

Maybe, maybe not: "ground glass" nodules of the lung are fairly common. They are not very specific, but i would be concerned that someone with cll may have these as a result of the cll. However, these can also be related to simple inflammation from an infection or other diseases. In many cases, these nodules go away on their own. But, in this case, they will likely need to be followed with additional ct scans.

Needs workup: Yes it is more likely that a patient with known cll would have sll (small lymphocytic lymphoma). A biopsy of one of the lymph nodes is needed.

See below: It is possible the nodules could be benign; however please discuss with your physician and have a plan for close follow up or biopsy if the findings on imaging suspicious enough; patients with cll have a higher risk of developing secondary cancers including lung cancer;.
